In this Peterson-KFF Health System Tracker analysis, we find that nearly 10 million people who use ACA preventive care could face higher out-of-pocket costs by a now-stayed U.S. District Court ruling in Braidwood Management v. Becerra, which found the Affordable Care Act’s preventive services mandate partially unconstitutional.
